If you want a Realtor who does not waste your time looking at properties that simply do not meet your criteria, Doris Schatz with Coldwell Banker is the Realtor to use. We provided Doris with a long laundry list of what we wanted in a home in Green Valley. She previewed every home she showed us to make sure most, if not all, our criteria were met. When we asked about certain properties we had seen advertised, she knew the floor plan and location and would explain why it did not meet our criteria - too close to the highway, the living room did not face the mountains, it was not in one of the neighborhoods we were interested in, there was no privacy, etc.
If you want a Realtor who is extremely responsive, Doris Schatz with Coldwell Banker is the Realtor to use. We communicated primarily by email, which is our preferred method of communication. Doris always responded immediately. We saw a property on the Internet, but there were no photos of the bathroom. Doris responded with photos, that same day. We were concerned about the dimensions of the garage door, Doris took measurements and emailed them to us, that same day.
